Who Is Lottie Moss?
Kate Moss is one of the most well-known models in the world. In the 90s, her name was identified with heroin chic. She seamlessly transitioned into the slim rocker aesthetic at the beginning of the century. We’ve seen her face on 300 magazine covers, for over twenty years now. But, did you know she has a sister? Let’s take a look at Kate’s model younger sister, Lottie Moss.
Charlotte (Lottie) Moss, is a 24-year-old British fashion model who has made news for her work on OnlyFans. During an Interview with Call Her Daddy, host Alexandra Cooper gave Lottie a platform to share her story.
Kate was known for her partying, which reached an infamous low when images of her in a music studio with ex-boyfriend Pete Doherty surfaced, giving her the vicious British tabloids' nickname "Cocaine Kate." She's evolved significantly since then, and maybe she'll be passing on some of her knowledge to her younger sister.
Kate was embroiled in controversies when she was younger, and it appears that Lottie is heading down the same path that her sister had in her wild days.
Lottie told Cooper, “I think I just thought it was normal (drugs) and I was going to these events and parties and I was exhausted, that was the only way I was getting through it. A lot of the time I would be showing up to set and I would not be happy and I didn't want to do it, I'd be crying my eyes out and they said, "we'll just get you some drugs, you can have a drink and then you'll be fine.”
Lottie stated that she did not believe anyone 'cared' about her 'wellbeing.' She felt compelled to emulate her supermodel sibling.
Lottie stated that she was advised she needed to 'lose weight' to be a model and that she was self-conscious about her height.
“They wanted me to be Kate Moss part two. I was told I had to lose weight,” she said.
Lottie informed her fans in January that she was in treatment for substance abuse difficulties, and she continued to share stuff on social media during her stay.
She also stated that, while she is not 'close' to Kate, her sister has been supportive of her recent stay in treatment.
Lottie does not blame her previous agency for inappropriate behavior, but she does mention that the relationship is coming to an end.
When asked why she left her agency early this year, Lottie stated that she did so because 'I didn't think it served me a purpose.'
Lottie debuted a fresh appearance a few days after returning to London after her cocaine treatment period in Arizona. She not only altered her drug habits in treatment, but she also changed her style, appearing at the NME Awards in London in a skin-tight black PVC outfit.
Lottie’s modeling career started years ago when she had her first Vogue appearance as a 13-year-old in 2011, when the fashion magazine covered Kate's wedding, and Lottie was a bridesmaid.
Moss signed with Storm Model Management when she was 16 years old. She has headlined advertisements for Calvin Klein and landed a Vogue cover, featured on Vogue Paris with model Lucky Blue Smith.
Kate Moss owns her own modeling agency, the Kate Moss Agency, which represents many future runway stars, however, her sister is not on the agency's roster.
Lottie has been focused on her OnlyFans account since departing from her modeling agency.
