Preparation:
Add tomatoes to a safe baking dish. Drizzle olive oil and add salt, pepper and fresh garlic. Blend to evenly coat the tomatoes. (If you happen to add peppers and onion, add them with the tomatoes!)
Add the feta block or crumbles to the middle of the dish.
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
While it bakes, cook pasta of choice.
Once the tomatoes have bursted and the cheese has melted, take it out of the oven and let it sit for a minute before you add the pasta.
Add the pasta, mix together, (add fresh basil if desired) and ENJOY!
Dalgona Coffee
This coffee recipe was popular before it went viral on TikTok. Dalgona coffee, or whipped coffee, became very popular due to the South Korean actor, Jung Il Woo ordering the drink at a cafe.
Ingredients:
Two tablespoons of instant coffee
Two tablespoons of sugar
Hot water
One cup of the milk of your choice
If desired, add a tad of your favorite with the milk!
