In conversation with Clique, Liv shares what it was like to collaborate with her producers, who inspires her within the music industry, and what it is like to be a female in the industry today.

CLIQUE: With your new song “star signs”, what excites you the most about it?

Liv: I feel like it is my best work so far!

CLIQUE: Explain the significance of astrology within this song.

Liv: I use it to symbolize love, like how certain star signs are meant to be.

Lyrics came naturally for me, and my producers helped bring it to life.

CLIQUE: What did the process of making this song look like for you?

CLIQUE: What is it like to collaborate with your producers Joe Lindsay and Flex, and do you plan to keep collaborating with them?

Liv: We work so well together. They both have produced songs for me, individually, in the past. We will for sure keep working together.

CLIQUE: Do you find the area that you are in such as the state significant to the music that you make?

Liv: I bounce back and forth between Miami and New York, and I think my experiences give me inspiration.

CLIQUE: Who are some singer/Songwriters who have inspired you throughout the years?

Liv: Nessa Barrett, Billie Eilish, and many more.

Liv: Yes, I have done quite a bit of performing and plan to do more shows.

CLIQUE: How has having the music industry been dominated by female artists lately affected the way you see a path in the industry?

Liv: I think it has created more great opportunities.

CLIQUE: Who is an artist you would love to be featured on one of your songs?

Liv: Honestly, any one of my musical inspirations, so Nessa Barrett, Billie Eilish, etc.

CLIQUE: What is your plan for your future music? What do you see your career looking like in five years?

Liv: I have been experimenting with different sounds and have a ton of music ready to be released in 2025. I just see myself growing and performing for bigger audiences.
